For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company includes the website domain, www.triformations.com, Triformations, and Cayman Triathlon Coaching Ltd. By using the Website or any Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

If you purchase any of the Company’s products and/or services, we may also collect billing and shipping information in order to complete the purchase transaction and deliver our product and/or services to you. Security of your Personal Information

The third party shopping cart serves as a transmitter in the payment transaction: it collects your information, saves it for the Company to be able to see who our customers are and track the sales, and then passes it to our third party payment gateways/processors that specialise in processing credit cards and provide the security level of protection required for storing and manipulating such sensitive data.
The Company and the third party shopping cart do not store your credit card details. Your credit card details are held securely by the third party payment gateway (payment processor) who has achieved Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance, which is the highest level of compliance with the payment card industry’s security standards for credit card data. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard was developed to protect consumers and their data no matter where they shop or what channel they use. This is the same level as banks and payment gateways. PCI Level 1 means that they have been audited by an outside firm and is found to meet or exceed their standards for data storage, employee background checks, processes for updating programs, etc.
It is important to remember that whatever you transmit or disclose online can be collected and used by others or unlawfully intercepted by third parties. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. In addition, we may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if we determine such disclosure to be appropriate, or if we are compelled to disclose it by court order or by operation of law.
Any information voluntarily disclosed by you and posted on the Website via its Interactive Services may be viewed and used by others. Children Under 13
The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of 13, you must not access or use the Website. If you are the legal guardian of a minor that is older than 13 but younger than 18, you will be solely responsible for such minor’s access and use of the Website and you remain liable for all obligations hereunder.
The Company works with (and may provide links to) third party sites that offer features described on the Website.
