1️⃣ Emergency First Response (EFR) Certification (International)

The EFR Program provides three training options:

🩺 Primary & Secondary Care (First Aid + CPR)

🕒 Certification Duration: 2 Years

📏 Course Length: 8 Hours

🛑 Covers first aid techniques for life-threatening and non-life-threatening emergencies

The Lifesaving Society of Ontario offers three flexible certification options:
