Triathlon Coach and Fitness Trainer
Kara loves working with beginners and professionals alike. Having been mentored by some of the top triathlon coaches and facilitators in the World, Kara has travelled to various locations within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean in order to learn from the best and develop her own unique coaching style. She believes in consistency, having fun, a little bit of stubbornness (to reach those goals) and a strong athlete-coach relationship.

Qualifications
Kara is professionally certified by the World Triathlon (Level 2) (formerly International Triathlon Union), British Triathlon Federation (Level 2) and USA Triathlon as a Triathlon Coach as well as a qualified CPR, AED and Emergency First Aid Instructor for both PADI and the Lifesaving Society.
She is also a certified Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist, Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist, World Open Water Swimming Coach (Level 2), Swim and Lifesaving Instructor/Examiner, Running Mechanics and Gait Analysis Coach, Zumba Instructor, Children’s Fitness Coach (including Emergency Care for Children Instructor - CPR and First Aid for newborns, infants and children), Active Aging Certified for Adults 50+, among many others, and was a Committee Member of the Cayman Islands Triathlon Association from 2015-2023.
